Ingredients

    1 cup chick peas, rinsed in water
    1 cup small potatoes, boiled
    1 small tomato, finely chopped
    2 tsp green peppers, finely chopped
    3 tsp tamarind sauce
    1 medium onion, finely chopped
    1 tsp lemon juice
    1/4 tsp chaat masala
    Coriander, few stalks, finely chopped
    Salt to taste

Directions

1. In a small to medium bowl add chickpeas and tamarind sauce and mix them well.
2. Add green peppers, tomatoes, onion, potatoes, and lemon juice.
3. Sprinkle chaat masala, and salt. Mix it well.
4. Garnish with fresh coriander. Serve chilled.
