    2/3 C Bisquick
    1 C Sugar
    4 eggs
    2 C milk
    1/2 stick butter
    1 t. vanilla
    1 C coconut


Blend all ingredients in blender or food processor 2 minutes. Pour into 9" pie pan (spray with Pam before pouring in liquid). Bake at 350F for 40-45 minutes. Pie will set as it cools and forms its own thin crust. (Makes 8 servings)
