Ingredients

    1 pound ground pork
    2 fennel bulbs with fronds chopped
    1 coup chopped onion
    4 stalks celery chopped
    1 tsp oregano
    1 1/2 tsp basil
    1 tsp herbamare
    3 cloves garlic finely chopped
    3 cups chicken or turkey broth
    2 cans white beans with liquid


Tips

This can be frozen in meal size portions to have at a later time.


Directions

Chop the vegetables.

In large soup pan, brown pork, fennel, onion, celery, and spices until pork is done and vegetables are soft.

Add broth and beans with the liquid. Simmer 20 minutes longer.

Serve.
