Ingredients

    2 pounds 93% lean ground beef (or 1 pound ground beef and 1 pound ground turkey)
    1/2 cup GF breadcrumbs OR Progresso Italian Style Breadcrumbs, OR even better, 1/2 a pkg of crushed saltine crackers
    1/2 cup lite ranch dressing
    1 pkg Lipton Recipe Secrets Onion soup mix
    1 Tbls horseradish
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 cup diced onion
    1 tsp ground sage
    1/2 cup of Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ Sauce (or your favorite BBQ sauce)

Tips

I find it easiest to use my Kitchenaid stand mixer. Easiest way to incorporate the meat into the seasoning mixture.


Directions

Preheat oven to 350F. Mix together the breadcrumbs/saltines, ranch dressing, soup mix, horseradish, garlic, onion, and sage. Add ground beef. Mix well, but don't overmix. Press into a meatloaf pan (or a regular loaf pan). Top with BBQ sauce. Bake for 60 to 70 minutes.
