Introduction

Ingredients

    1 lb ground beef
    1.5c corn
    1 can kidney beans, drained
    1 small onion, diced
    1 small can tomato sauce
    1 can black olives, sliced
    8 oz Monterrey jack
    1T chili powder
    1t cumin
    1t coriander
    salt and pepper to taste

Directions

brown beef with onion, add corn, beans and sauce, heat through. Put mixture in long casserole dish. top with olives and cheese. Bake 30 min at 350 or until hot and the cheese is melted.
