Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    2 C Bakery Mix
    1 1/8 C 1% Milk
    1 Egg, large
    1 C Sugar, granulated (or less, to your taste)
    2 T Vegetable Oil
    1 Can Pumpkin Puree
    1/4 t each, Ground Clove, Ginger, Nutmeg
    Pinch of Allspice

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Grease, spray or line muffin tin with liners. Mix together all ingredients, fill tins around 3/4 full. Place in preheated oven and bake for approximately 15-18 minutes until a toothpick inserted into the biggest muffin comes out clean.
