    12 oz Salmon

    Potlatch Seasoning: (calculated in tsp)
    3 parts Chili powder, Black pepper and kosher salt
    1 part cumin, garlic powder, onion powder and dried oregano
    Pinch of Red Pepper flakes *not calculated

Directions

put seasoning on liberally, will probably not use all of the seasoning mix.

Bake at 350 until fish flakes under fork, there should also be white oil that has cooked out.
