    Oats, 2.5 cup
    Whole Wheat Flour, 1 cup
    Vanilla Extract, 1 tbsp
    Applesauce, unsweetened, 1 cup
    Honey, .25 cup
    Apricots, dried, 1 cup, halves
    Cranberries, 1 cup, chopped
    Coconut, raw, .5 cup, shredded
    Almonds, .5 cup, slivered


Mix all ingredients together, mush into sprayed pan, glass works best, and bake at 350 for 45 minutes. Might take longer if you want crispier. I like them soft.
Cut into 24 pieces and enjoy!

I always end up adding more fruit but did not calculate it into recipe, as it varied every time I make it.
