    1 head cauliflower
    85 gm penne or other pasta
    1 tbsp olive oil
    .25 cup bread crumbs
    1 tbsp minced garlic
    quarter cup grated parmigiano
    salt and pepper to taste


To make it more authentic, use 1 tbsp anchovy paste or a few anchovies to the olive oil when sautéing the cauliflower. It dissolves and adds a wonderful depth of flavour.


Chop and boil cauliflower until almost done. Put in bowl and chop up more finely. Heat olive oil and add garlic. Add chopped up cooked cauliflower. Add bread crumbs. Add cooked pasta. Add parmesan and seasoning to taste.
