Ingredients

    1 tbsp coconut oil (in liquid form, put in microwave for a few seconds)
    1 egg
    1 tsp water
    1/2 tsp lemon extract
    2 tbsp Splenda (or sweetner of choice)
    2 tbsp almond flour
    2 tbsp coconut flour
    1 tpsp shredded coconut
    pinch of salt

Directions

Mix all ingredients in a mug with a fork until throroughly combined. Microwave for one minute (microwave times may vary)

Serving Size: Makes 1 "mug"
