    1 lb Perdue fit and easy ground chicken breast
    16 tbsp Meijer black bean corn salsa medium
    14 OLD Elpaso stand and stuff taco shells
    1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
    3/4 cup velveeta original shreds cheddar cheese
    14 tsp mild taco bell taco sauce
    7 iceberg lettuce leaves (shredded)


Heat oil in a dutch oven and cook chiken until no longer pink.Add the salsa stir until well blended and heated through.Put 1/4 cup of this mixture into each shell and place Approx. 2 tablespoons of the cheese on top of chicken and microwave til melted (30 sec. on high).Remove from microwave top with shredded lettuce and 1 tsp taco sauce and enjoy.
