2 cups Namaste gluten free flower
1/2 cup sugar
1 t baking soda
1 t baking powder
1 t cinnamon
1 egg
1 cup sour milk or yogart that did't set
2 tbl oil
3/4 cup cooked quinoa
Directions
Preheat oven to 400. Prepare muffin pans with liners or coconut oil.
Mix first five ingredients and set aside. Mix remaining ingredients and add to dry ingredients. Divide into 12 muffins. Bake 20 minutes or until toothpick come out clean.
