    2 Lbs. eye of round steak (trimmed of fat and cubed)
    2 tbsp olive oil
    4 tbsp real bacon bits
    1 jar(3.5 servings) aunt Nellies pearl onions with juice
    1 bag(12 oz.) new red potatoes
    1 pkg. (8 oz. ) fresh sliced mushrooms
    1/2 cup dry white cooking wine
    1 tbsp dry parsley
    2 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp pepper
    1 bay leaf


Put oil in pressure cooker and brown the steak.Add remaining ingredients lock lid and bring to full pressure and cook for fifteen minutes.Release pressure.Remove lid when safe to do so and remove bay leaf set meat aside on plate.Thicken gravy in pot with two tablespoons of cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoons of water.Bring to boil and lower to simmer until gravy thickens.Add meat back to pot and heat until heated through.
