Introduction

Great substitute for Tzatziki sauce for those who don't like Onion. Great substitute for Tzatziki sauce for those who don't like Onion.

Ingredients

    2 cups cucumber finely chopped
    4 cups vanilla Greek Yogurt
    1 Tsp dill weed - dried
    1 Tsp Lemon Pepper
    1/2 Tsp garlic powder

Tips

honey vanilla yogurt also works really well for this if you want it a little on the sweeter side.


Directions

finely chop 2 cups cucumber. place on paper towel and allow to dry out for about an hour. Mix all the ingredients and cover. Place in the fridge for a minimum of 4 hours.
