    4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
    1 can cream of mushroom soup, lowfat
    3/4 cup uncooked rice
    1 2/3 cups water
    1 tsp black pepper
    1 tsp paprika


Mix soup, water, rice and half pepper and paprika in 2 qt shallow baking pan or dish. Place chicken breasts on top of mixture and sprinkle remaining pepper and paprika over chicken. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes uncovered.
