Ingredients

    1.5 cups shredded cooked chicken
    1/2 cup reduced fat sour cream
    1 small can green chilies
    1 can rotel
    2/3 cup crockpot refried beans
    1 cup shredded cheddar cheese divided
    12 6 inch flour tortillas
    10 oz can Verde enchilada sauce

Tips

If you don't like the heat, pick mild rotel and sauce. You can freeze and reheat these also.


Directions

Combine chicken, sour cream, rotel and chilis. On each tortilla, spread 1 tablespoon refrained beans followed by 1/12th chicken mixture and 1 teaspoon cheese. Roll up in place in 13x9 pan. Once finished, pour can of verde sauce over enchiladas and sprinkle remaining cheese.
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes
