Ingredients

    2-3/4 lb. beef bottom roast
    1 packet hidden valley dry Italian dressing mix
    1 packet McCormick Au Jus gravy mix
    2-1/2 tsp granulated instant beef bullion
    2 large green peppers (cut in slices)
    20 oz. tap water
    10 - 2 oz. slices of Fresh Italian bread

Directions

Brown beef roast on all sides in a skillet.Mix bouillon and dry seasonings with water and pour into pressure cooker(add a metal grate in bottom of pressure cooker if your cooker has one). Place browned roast in cooker followed by the sliced peppers. Set timer for cooker for sixty minutes. When done release pressure.Remove beef and shred beef with a fork and tongs. Cut Italian bread into 2 oz. portions and soak up some of the juice followed by 4.4 ozs. of beef
