Ingredients

    1 stick butter
    8 oz real cream cheese
    8 eggs
    2 TB cinnamon
    100 % stevia to taste. I used 9 tiny scoops

Directions

Melt butter and cream cheese in the microwave. Beat in cinnamon and sweetener. Check taste. Beat in eggs. Pour into muffin tins. Makes 12. Bake 15-20 min.
