Ingredients

    Ingredients:

    In a skillet sauté:
    2 tbsp. olive oil
    2 garlic clover minced
    4 med Onions coarsely chopped
    3 cups Celery, sliced
    1 Leeks sliced
    When translucent, transfer to a large stock pot leaving some of the oil in the skillet

    In skillet return to heat and brown beef strips
    1.5lb Beef, cut into small strips
    Transfer beef to stock pot

    put 1-2 cups of stock in the skillet to get the browning and juices from the skillet and transfer to the stock pot

    add remaining ingredients to the stock pot and simmer on medium until the vegetables are cooked.
    3 cup Cabbage, chopped
    3 large Potato, cubed
    2 Cans Tomatoes
    6 cup Organic Beef Broth,
    4 cup Kale, chopped
    2.5 cup Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen
    1 cup Chick Peas, (Optional)
    4 cup Carrots chopped
    1 tbsp. chilli powder
    salt and pepper to taste
