Ingredients

    2% milk, 1/2 and 1/2, cocoa powder, honey, vanilla, cayenne, cinnamon

Tips

The darker and better quality the cocoa the better the taste. Sweeten to taste. Add cocoa, cayenne and cinnamon to taste. The above amounts are only suggestions. Even small children can take a small amount of heat. Vanilla optional.


Directions

Heat over medium to medium high. Stir in ingredients with a whisk. Do not boil. Heat only enough to blend and melt honey, then as hot as preferred to drink.
