-Cook's Ham: Ham Steak, 228 grams (2 small steaks)
-Del Monte Tomato Sauce- No Salt Added, .875 cup (one small can)
-Walmart Cooked Shrimp- Medium, 6 oz
-Big Y Long Grain Brown Rice, 1 cup uncooked
-Herbox Sodium Free Chicken Granulated Bouillon, 1 tsp
    -1 cup hot water
    -Cayenne Pepper
    -Onion Powder
    -Garlic Powder

1. Cook the rice according to package directions.
2. When there are about 10 minutes remaining for the rice, warm the ham steaks in a frying pan.
3. Meanwhile, run the shrimp under cold water and remove the tails. Then boil the shrimp until heated through.
4. When everything is done, chop the ham into bite size pieces and mix in with the rice. Also mix in the shrimp.
5. Add the can of tomato sauce and mix well.
6. Mix the bouillon into one cup of hot water until dissolved.
7. Slowly add the broth into your jambalaya until the desired consistency is reached (I don't usually use the full cup).
8. Season to taste.

Makes approximately four 1.5cup servings.
