Ingredients

    2 lg Potatoes
    1 cup Peas & Carrots, frozen
    2 lg Eggs
    .5 cup Celery, raw, chopped
    3 tbsp Onions, raw, chopped
    .3 cup Green peppers (bell peppers), chopped
    1 dash Salt
    1 tsp Black, pepper
    5 tbsp Kraft Miracle Whip (use Light for lighter recipe)
    1 fl oz. Evaporated Milk (canned)
    1 serving Cross & Blackwell Salad Cream-5 tbsp(optional)

Directions

boil potatoes and eggs in a medium sauce pan for 20 minutes or until potatoes are soft. Let Cool. In a medium bowl dice potatoes and eggs, add peas & carrots tawed, celery, onions and peppers. Add all other ingredients and stir. Chill and serve. Makes 12 servings.
