Introduction

Great little sliders for a party. Great little sliders for a party.
Number of Servings: 24

Ingredients

    1 stick butter (1/2 C), melted
    1/4 C Dijon mustard
    1/4 C finely chopped onion
    1 T poppy seeds
    1 lb shaved ham
    1 lb white American cheese slices
    24 mini buns (I make my own using King Arthur Flour's recipe) You can use dinner rolls.

Directions

Mix melted butter, mustard, onion and poppy seeds and spread on the buns. Add the ham and cheese. Place on a cookie sheet and cover with foil. Bake at 350 for 12-15 minutes. Sandwiches can be frozen, but then bake for 25-35 minutes.
