Ingredients

    1- 15 oz. jar cheeze whiz
    2-10 oz. packages frozen chopped broccoli
    2- 10.75 oz. cans creme of mushroom soup
    2-cups instant rice (cooked)
    3/4 cup chopped onion
    1/4 cup margarine
    1/2-tsp salt
    1/4-tswp pepper

Directions

Preheat oven to 350F.Cook rice as directed on box and set aside.Saute chopped onion in margarine until soft.Thaw out broccoli under hot water.Combine all ingredients in recipe in a large pot,heat and mix well.When well mixed, pour into a 9 x 13 x 2 inch oven proof dish.Bake for 30 to 40 minutes
