    1 cup fat free vanilla yogurt
    1/2 cup milk
    1/2 c chopped strawberries
    1/2 c chopped pineapple
    1 c orange juice
    1/2 cup sliced banana
    1/2 c blueberries


put all ingredients in blender on high until mixed. Serve with a slice of orange, and straw.
