Number of Servings: 2


    1 sweet potato. boiled
    1 tsp cinnamon
    1 tbsp fat free margarine, of your choice. I used ( I can't believe it's not butter)\
    1/2 tsp brown sugar splenda


Dice up potato and put into pan. boil until fork tender. Drain, add in the other ingredients and mash together, If you want more peel more potaotes. Yummo!
