Introduction

Mix all ingredients, adding onion/garlic and spices to taste. Divide into two loaf pans sprayed with pan spray. Cook at 375 till done (60 to 75 minutes depending on thickness of meat).     1 c quick oats
    1/2 c egg whites
    garlic
    onion
    cumin
    salt
    pepper

Tips
