Ingredients

    1/2 cup chia seeds

    2 cups milk of your choice (I used 1 cup of 1% and 1 cup vanilla almond)

    2 TBSPs powdered peanut butter (like PB2)

    2 TBSPs unsweetened cocoa powder

    1 TBSP flax seed meal (optional)

Tips

I topped mine with sliced banana


Directions

Mix chia seeds and milk in a bowl, then add powdered peanut butter, cocoa powder and flax seed. Store in air-tight container and put in the fridge for at least 4 hours.
