Number of Servings: 24

Ingredients

    1 cup quick oats

    1/2 cup honey

1 cup creamy peanut butter (can use natural)

1 cup raisins (or dried fruit of choice)

1 cup vanilla, or chocolate, whey protein powder (can use soy)

    1 cup ground flaxseed

Tips

The original recipe called for 2 cups oats and 1 cup honey. This significantly increased the sugar, calories and carbs. It also called for 1 cup chocolate chips. This significantly increased the sugar, calories, and fat. So, I healthified it a little, and I think they still taste great. Feel free to use those, if you wish.

Directions

Mix all together, (You will probably have to use hands.)

Press into greased 8 x 10 or 9 x 13 pan.

Cut into 24 pieces.

Will keep, covered, in refrigerator for up to two weeks.

Serving Size: Makes 24 bars
