Ingredients
-
1 cup quick oats
1/2 cup honey
1 cup creamy peanut butter (can use natural)
1 cup raisins (or dried fruit of choice)
1 cup vanilla, or chocolate, whey protein powder (can use soy)
1 cup ground flaxseed
Tips
The original recipe called for 2 cups oats and 1 cup honey. This significantly increased the sugar, calories and carbs. It also called for 1 cup chocolate chips. This significantly increased the sugar, calories, and fat. So, I healthified it a little, and I think they still taste great. Feel free to use those, if you wish.
