    2 eggplants
    2 packages button mushrooms
    1 package portabello mushrooms
    2 large onions
    2 large cans stewed tomatoes
    2 large cans crushed tomatoes
    2 cans black beans
    2 cans chili beans
    2 cans red kidney beans
    2 tbls olive oil
    chili powder to taste


Saute onions,mushrooms, and eggplant. Mix with everything else and simmer.
