Ingredients

    2 Gorton's All Natural Lemon Pepper Grilled Fillets
    1 package prepared salad
    15 grape tomatoes
    1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
    10 Kalamata olives
    1/2 small red onion, thinly sliced
    1/4 cup pine nuts
    1/2 cup Greek dressing

Directions

Prepare Gorton's All Natural Lemon Pepper Grilled Fillets according to microwave instructions.

Cut cooked fillets into four pieces, combine with salad, tomatoes, Feta, olives, onion, pine nuts, dressing and serve immediately.


Serving Size: Makes 2-4 servings

    I like to add chunks of cucumbers and radishes to this also! I left out the olives, they are too high in sodium! - 1/20/15
