1 lb elk sausage (with <10% pork fat or lard)
3 heaping tablespoons white flour
2 cups nonfat milk
12 Pillsbury plain biscuits
Directions
Bake the biscuits per package directions
Brown the elk sausage in worchestershire sauce in a large uncovered skillet.
Mix the flour and milk in a blender or shaken in a jar with a screw-on lid
Pour the milk-flour mixture into the skillet with the browned elk sausage.
Stir constantly on low heat until the milk-flour mixture thickens into gravy - about 3-5 mins
Cut open 2-3 biscuits (each in half) and place on a plate
Evenly divide the gravy for 4 servings and pour over the biscuits
