Number of Servings: 6


    Split Peas, 1 pound
    Carrots, raw, 2
    Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped
    Honey Baked Ham from bone to equal 4.5 slices
    Ham bone
    Low Sodium, low fat, 2 cups
    Water, 4 cups


Put all into a crock pot. Cook on high for 4-5 hours. When it's done, the meat around the bone will fall off. Trim off the rind and fat, and add meat back to the soup. Enjoy!
