    1 tbsp olive oil
    1/2 cup chopped onions
    1/2 cup chopped green peppers
    1 cup fresh sliced mushrooms
    1 cup sliced zucchini
    1 cup sliced squash
    1 cup shredded cabbage
    1 tbsp soy sauce
    1 tbsp teriyaki sauce
    1 cup cooked brown rice
    1/2 cup shredded carrots
    1/2 cup chopped tomato
    1/4 cup slivered almonds


Saute onions, green peppers, and mushrooms in olive oil over low/medium heat
Add zucchini, squash and cabbage
mix 1 tbsp soy sauce and 1 tbsp teriyaki sauce, add to veggies continue to stir-fry on low heat
Add cooked rice, tomato and carrot continue stir-fry until heated through
Sprinkle with almonds.
