Ingredients

    Flour, white, 2 cup (remove)
    Butter, salted, .5 cup (remove)
    Milk, nonfat (skim milk), .75 cup (remove)
    Baking Powder, 3 tsp (remove)

Directions

Mix flour and baking powder together.

Cut flour and butter together until pea size crumbs form.

Stir in milk.

Roll out dough and cut into 8 -10 equal pieces.
