Ingredients

    1 pound eye of round steaks, cut into strips
    1/3 broccoli brunch
    1 cup baby carrots, chopped
    2 stalks celery, chopped
    1/4 medium red pepper
    1/4 large yellow pepper
    6 whole crimini mushrooms, sliced
    1 T E.V.O.O.
    4 T Kikkoman Stir Fry Sauce
    1 can water chestnuts

Directions

Add E.V.O.O to hot pan. Add beef and saute over medium to med-high heat to about medium doneness. Remove from pan onto paper towel lined plate, cover with paper towel, drain grease from pan and wipe.
Add 1/4 cup water to pan, let nearly boil then add broccoli. Cook broccoli for awhile, then add carrots. Wait for few more minutes then add celery, and peppers.
Add Mushrooms and lower heat to medium-low. Add 3 T Stir Fry sauce. Cover and let simmer 5 minutes. Re-add steak and drizzle last T of sauce over top. Cover and let simmer about 5 minutes, until vegetables cooked to liking.
