    Bob's Red Mill Organic Whole Grain Quinoa (1/4 C dry = 1/2 C), 2 cup
    Lentils, 2 cup
    *Lemon Juice, 0.25 cup
    Olive Oil, 0.25 cup
    *Cumin seed, 1 tsp
    Garlic, 1 tsp
    Parsley, 0.5 cup
    Onions, raw, 0.5 cup, chopped

Directions
