Ingredients


    .5 cup Butter
    1 cup Splenda Sugar Blend for Baking
    2 Eggs
    .25 cup Skim Milk
    1 tsp Vanilla Extract
    1 cup Whole Wheat Flour
    .5 cup Flour, white
    .25 tsp Salt
    1 tsp Baking Soda
    .75 cup sweetened Coconut
    1 cup Rolled Oats
    .5 cup Raisins
    .5 cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips








Directions

Cream butter, gradually adding Splenda to creamed mixture. Beat in eggs, vanilla and milk. In a separate bowl, stir together dry ingredients. Gradually mix dry ingredients into creamed mixture. Add coconut, oats, raisins and chocolate chips mixing until well combined.
Bake at 350 degrees for about 10-12 minutes.

Serving Size: Makes 30 cookies.
