Number of Servings: 11

Ingredients

    32 oz. fat free Beef Broth
    1.25 oz. packet Taco Seasoning mix
    1 oz packet Ranch Dip mix
    16 oz. ground turkey
    2 Tablespoon Olive Oil
    11 oz. canned corn
    14.5 oz. petite diced tomato
    15 oz. can chick peas
    3.8 oz. can sliced olives

    *optional---reduced fat/fat free shredded cheese

Directions

Brown 1 chopped onion with 2 Tablespoons olive oil, add ground turkey and cook through until slightly browned, add to slow cooker, drain all canned ingredients except diced tomato, add to slow cooker. Add all other ingredients. Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours. If desired top with shredded cheddar cheese.
