Ingredients

    2 lb ground pork sausage
    1 pkg frozen hash browns
    1.5 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp black pepper
    1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
    1 C Cheddar Cheese
    6 large eggs
    2 C 1% milk

Tips

I have also made this with Potatoes O'Brien instead of hash browns. It adds some more flavor.


Directions

Brown sausage. Prepare hash browns according to directions using 1/2 tsp salt and peppers. Stir together hash browns, sausage, and cheese. Pour into a lightly greased 9x13 dish. Whisk together eggs, milk, and 1 tsp salt. Pour evenly over potato mixture. Bake at 350 for 35 to 40 minutes.
