    1 lb. ground turkey
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can chicken & rice soup
    1 c. brown rice (raw)
    1 c. wild rice (raw)
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 c. chopped celery
    3 c. water
    4 t. soy sauce
    2 c. chow mein noodles


Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Brown ground turkey, onions, and celery in skillet. Transfer meat mixture to casserole dish and add all remaining ingredients, except chow mein noodles. Baked in uncovered casserole dish for 45 minutes. Remove from oven and spread chow mein noodles over all and return to oven for 15 minutes more.
