CHRISTMAS LEFT OVERS - We had bought a 3lb turkey breast and cooked it in a crockpot to be ready from Christmas lunch. About 1/2 was left, so we added no yolk dumplings, fresh carrots, fresh celery, fresh onion, left over turkey gravy, celery soup and left over broth.     lEFT OVER Turkey - Butterball sliced turkey breast roll, 16 oz(remove)
    *turkey broth - homemade - 1 cup, 4 serving(remove)
    Celery, raw, 5 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long)(remove)
    10 baby carrots raw, 4 serving(remove)
    *No Yolk Broad Noodles/DUMPLINGS, 12 oz(remove)
    LEFT OVER Turkey Gravy, .75 cup(remove)
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped(remove)
    Campbell's Healthy Request Cream of Celery Soup, 2 cup(remove)

Tips

COULD HAVE DONE IN CROCKPOT, APPROX TWO HOURS ADDING NOODLES/DUMPLINGS AFTER END OF FIRST HOUR.


Directions

BRING TURKEY BROTH TO BOIL. SLICE AND ADD CELERY AND CARROTS TO BOILING BROTH, REDUCE HEAT BY HALF. SLICE ONION AND ADD TO BROTH. BRING BROTH TO BROIL, ADD EGG NOODLES, REDUCE HEAT TO HALF AND COVER FOR 10 MINUTES. CHOP AND ADD LEFT OVER TURKEY BREAST. COVER AND REDUCE HEAT TO SIMMER AND AFTER 10 MINUTES CAN BE SERVED WHEN NOODLES/DUMPLINGS ARE AT YOUR DESIRED TENDERNESS.
