Ingredients

    6 large eggs, whites and yolks divided into separate bowls.
    One pack (8 oz) cream cheese, softened and added to the bowl with yolks.
    A dash of salt added to either bowl.

Directions

Preheat to 300 degrees, whip the egg whites until stiff peaks form, mix the cream cheese and yolks in a separate bowl until they are smooth, fold yolk/cream cheese mixture into the egg whites being careful not to break them down, spoon 12 rounds onto two baking sheets (about 1/2" thick), bake about 25 minutes or until golden brown, move to wire rack to cool.

Serving Size: Makes 12, serving size is 2 (like a bun)
