Ingredients

    5 eggs
    1/2 cup shredded cheese
    1/4 cup milk
    1 bag of fresh spinach
    salt/pepper to taste
    1 can chopped ham

    Mix all ingredients together.

Tips

You can freeze these as fast am breakfast. Throw them in the microwave for a min to warm them.


Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray muffin pan with non-stick spray. Fill each cup 3/4 way full. Bake about 15 min, you can use a toothpick in the center if it comes out clean they are done. Remove allow to cool for a minute and they should fall out of the tin.
