Ingredients

    1 Pint Heavy whipping cream
    2 oz. Gorgonzola cheese crumbles
    1.5 Tbsp grated parmesan cheese
    1.5 Tsp Kosher Salt
    1 Tsp pepper
    .5 Cups finely chopped Parsley

Directions

Cook Cream over medium high heat until reduced, about 45-50 min. stirring occasionally.
remove from heat, stir in cheeses, salt & pepper. Drissle parsley ontop and swirl in. Serve immediately over top quality beef.
