    2-3 Chicken breasts boneless and skinless
    4 Cups of broccoli
    16oz of Whole Wheat Penne pasta
    3/4C Light Italilan Dressing..(approx)


cut up the chicken in to chunks and marinate in dressing. Cook chicken up in skillet. Cook pasta in boiling water and add Broccoli last 10mins of cooking. Longer if you like brocc. softer. Compile everything in a bowl and toss with dressing.
