Ingredients

    Campbell's Cream of Mushroom Soup (condensed), 1.5 cup plus 1/2 can of water
    *red potatoe, 4 cup
    Onion-cindy, 1 cup
    Add an Ingredient

    Mix soup and water in bowl using whisk.
    Chop 4 cups of red potatoes in 1/4 " slices.
    Chop 1 medium onion.
    Add half of potatoes to casserole dish, then 1/2 of the onions on top, pour 1/2 soup mixture on top.
    Repeat.
    Cook in 350 degree oven for apprx 45-60 minutes.

    Add desired spices, garlic etc.
