Ingredients

1 lb. Diced Chicken-Roasted mixed dark & light
3 14.5 oz cans diced tomatoes
2 7 oz cans diced green chilis
1.5 Cup Chicken Broth 99% Fat Free
1 7-oz can sliced Black Olives
2 14.5 oz cans dark red kidney Beans
8 Tbsp Lawry's Taco Seasoning
6 Tbsp. cumin
Tips
Top with a dab of low fat sour cream and chives. Omit olives and use all white meat chicken to cut a few calories. Add a bit of cyan to spice it up a bit.
Directions
Put all ingredients in a crock pot on high until bubbling then on low for about 2 hours to allow all flavors to meld.
