    Add ingredients in the following order to the Vitamix, blend 1 minute.
    1 cup water
    2 cups raw baby spinach
    1 tbsp raw chia seeds
    .5-.75 cup cucumber, sliced, with peel
    .5-.75 cup honeydew melon
    .5 cup frozen mango
    .5-.75 cup frozen pineapple
