    1 cup all purpose flour
    1 Tbsp sugar
    2 tsp baking powder
    1/4 tsp salt
    1 beaten egg
    1 cup goat milk
    1 Tbsp cooking oil


Mix all ingredients together.

Cook on a dry (no oil) pancake griddle, in an electric skillet at 350 degrees F, or in a skillet over medium heat. Cook on first side until bubbles appear on the top of the pancake. Flip and cook until golden brown.

Makes approximately 12 pancakes that are 3 1/2 inches in diameter.
